- All 7th and 8th grade students will meet with their counselor at least once per year or as needed
- At-risk students will be seen at least twice yearly, with parent/guardian contact
- Quarterly classroom guidance lessons
- College visits
- Transition support into middle school (grade 7 – Fall)
- Transition support into high school (grade 8 – Spring)
- Career assessments and exploration
